The Groom Lab requires 24 hrs. advance notice to cancel an appointment.

A 25% charge will be incurred for less than 24 hrs. cancellations.

A 50 % charge will be incurred if cancelled less than 4 hrs. in advance.

A 100% charge will be incurred for no call / no shows.
