Welcome to The Groom Lab, a small, part-time dog grooming business that has been created out of a passion for dogs and a desire to care for them. The Groom Lab founder started out grooming his own dogs, as well as those of family and friends, before deciding to offer his services to the public.

As most pet grooming businesses closed during Covid, The Groom Lab continued to operate as the only unofficial "shop" open, as well as a part-time job in a local dog grooming salon where he works under a professional groomer. This allowed him to further hone his skills and gain valuable experience in handling a variety of breeds and temperaments. The salon is registered as an LLC and insured so you can trust your dog to us.

At The Groom Lab, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality grooming services at a lower price. We specialize in basic cuts for smaller-ish breeds such as yorkies, maltese, shih tzus, as well as other breeds.  If your dog is friendly, used to being bathed, brushed, and cut, they're the perfect customer for us.

We offer flexible grooming options depending on what your pet feels more comfortable with. We understand that each dog is unique and may require individual attention and care, which is why we take the time to listen to your specific needs and requirements.
